Gives Back Program – Terms of Use

By using the HG Gives Back Card, customers agree to the following terms:

• Each card redeemed will result in a $10 donation to the organization listed on the card.

• Card must be physically turned in at the time of a paid simulator bay rental to qualify.

• One card may be used per reservation. Splitting payment across multiple individuals does not allow for multiple card redemptions.

• The card cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, coupon, or special rate.

• The card has no cash value and may not be resold or transferred.

• Cards are valid until the expiration date printed on the front of the card.

• Donations are tallied and paid to the listed organization the week following the end of each calendar month.

• Halley Golf reserves the right to verify card authenticity and deny redemption if tampering or duplication is suspected.

• Halley Golf reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time with notice.
